ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం, జూలై 2020 నుండి డ్రాయింగ్ అండ్ డిస్బర్సింగ్ ఆఫీసర్ల (DDOలు) ద్వారా ట్రెజరీస్ మరియు పే అండ్ అకౌంట్స్ కార్యాలయాలకు బిల్లుల సమర్పణకు ఒక కొత్త షెడ్యూల్‌ను తిరిగి ప్రవేశపెట్టింది. ఈ నిర్ణయం రాష్ట్ర ప్రజా ఆర్థిక నిర్వహణ వ్యవస్థను మరింత క్రమబద్ధీకరించడానికి మరియు ఆప్టిమైజ్ చేయడానికి ఉద్దేశించబడింది. గతంలో బిల్లుల సమర్పణకు ఎటువంటి షెడ్యూల్ లేకపోవడంతో, బిల్లుల నాణ్యత, ఆడిట్ మరియు నిధుల ప్రవాహాన్ని అంచనా వేయడంపై ప్రభావం చూపింది. ఈ కొత్త షెడ్యూల్ ద్వారా, పనిభారం సమంగా ఉండేలా, బిల్లుల సమర్పణ మరియు ఆడిట్ నాణ్యత మెరుగుపరచడం, మరియు నిధుల నిర్వహణను మెరుగుపరచడం లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకుంది. ఈ షెడ్యూల్‌కు అనుగుణంగా సిటిజన్ చార్టర్ కూడా సవరించబడింది. DDOలు ఈ కొత్త షెడ్యూల్‌ను తప్పనిసరిగా పాటించాలి.
