విభిన్న ప్రతిభావంతులకు ప్రత్యేక యాదృచ్ఛిక సెలవు

విభిన్న ప్రతిభావంతులైన ఉద్యోగులకు ఏడాదికి ఏడు రోజుల పాటు ప్రత్యేక యాదృచ్ఛిక సెలవు ఉపయోగించుకొనుటకు అవకాశం కల్పిస్తూ 01.12.2023 న జివో ఆర్టీ నెం 138 ద్వారా ఆదేశాలు జరీ చేసింది. వీటిని గరిష్టంగా ఏడు రోజులకు మించకుండా వాడుకొనవచ్చును. మొత్తం సెలవు కనుక ఏడు రోజులకు మించితే ఆ పీరియడ్ నీ రెగ్యులర్ లీవ్ గా పరిగణించ వలెను. వీటిని ఇతర సెలవులతో కలిపి వాడుకొనవచ్చును. ఈ సెలవులను జాతీయ, రాష్ట్ర స్థాయి ఏజెన్సీ లు విభిన్న ప్రతిభావంతుల కోసం  నిర్వహించే కాన్ఫరెన్స్లు, సెమినార్లు, శిక్షణా కార్యక్రమాలు, వర్క్ షాప్ లలో పాల్గొన డానికి మంజూరు చేయవచ్చును.

స్టడీ లీవ్

శాశ్వత గజిటెడ్ ఉద్యోగులకు ఈ నిబంధన వర్తిస్తుంది. తన విధి నిర్వహణ లో ఉపయోగపడే శాస్త్ర, సాంకేతక అంశాలను చదవటానికి ఈ సెలవు మంజూరు చేయవచ్చు. కనీస సర్వీస్ ఐదేళ్ళు ఉండాలి. పదవీ విర్రమణ మూడేళ్ళు లోపు ఉన్న వాళ్ళు అనర్హులు. ఒకేసారి 12 నెలలు మంజూరు చేయవచ్చు.  సర్వీస్ మొత్తంలో గరిష్టంగా రెండేళ్ళు సెలవు పొందవచ్చు. దీనిని మంజూరు చేసే అధికారం ప్రభుత్వానికి ఉంది. ఈ సెలవు సమయంలో సగం జీతం చెల్లించబడుతుంది. దీనిని ఇతర సెలవులతో కలిపి వాడుకొనవచ్చును.  గరిష్టంగా అన్ని రకాల సెలవులు కలిపి 28 నెలలు మించకూడదు.  మొదటి తరం SC & ST నాన్ గజెటెడ్ ఉద్యోగులు పూర్తి జీత భత్యాలతో రెండేళ్ళ వరకు సెలవు పొందవచ్చు. INCREMENT ARREAR BILL

PAYMENT OF OBSEQUIES CHARGES

Employees Payment of obsequies charges in respect of deceased Government employees is Rs. 25,000/-  The Detailed and Sub-detailed head for Obsequies Charges is 310/318 (G.O.Ms.No.60) G.O.Ms.No.35, Dt.11.05.2022 Pensioners If the service pensioner is expired, Rs. 25,000/- towards obsequies charges.  If the spouse  of the service pensioner expired Rs 25000/- The family  pensioner shall also eligible for obsequies charges.  The obsequies charges of a Govt. employee who retired from service but whose   pensionary benefits are not yet received shall be drawn and paid by the DDO from where the employee retired by debiting the amount to 2071- Pension head. REGULATION OF PAY AND ALLOWANCES OF A GOVT. SERVANT WHO’S WHERE ABOUTS ARE NOT KNOWN

If an employee has disappeared leaving his family and if his where about are not known the family should have lodged a complaint with concerned police station The police authorities after due investigation should have issued a report that the employee has not been traced after all the efforts had been made by the police. The said report of the police in original should be filed by the family preferring the claims due to the Govt. servant. The family should also execute a indemnity bond that all the payments made will be adjusted against the payment due to employee in case he appears on the scene and makes any claim. While making payments of above dues, the Head of the office will assess all Govt. dues against the Govt. servant and affect the recovery.
